RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist duties including answering telephones, meeting and greeting clients
Typing and general secretarial duties
Supporting the call centre/Management staff
Management of post & scanning requirements
General Administration duties
Other office support requirements
Working "Front of House"
Previous experience working on

Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 12 months receptionist experience
Good skill level for Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience working with a customer database
Previous experience working on a switchboard required

The Person:
Highly organised
Excellent telephone manner
Well presented
Hard working and punctual
Enthusiastic and positive

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Flexibility required as you may have to work odd Saturday
